INDUSTRIAL HEATERS
We manufacture industrial heaters designed for a wide range of applications including process heating, drying operations, and industrial climate control.
Each unit is customised to meet specific operating conditions, ensuring reliable, efficient, and tailored solutions that meet our clients’ exact requirements.
Our heaters are classified based on thermal gradient and heat exchange capacity. From highest to lowest heating power, we offer:
Key Benefits:
Versatility across power ratings, pressures, flow rates, and temperature ranges (thermal gradients).
Custom-engineered designs to meet client specifications.
Clean technologies with low pollutant emissions.
We ensure safe and specification-compliant installation, either through our own assembly teams or by providing technical supervision to local contractors.
In both cases, we guarantee adherence to technical and quality standards, coordinate functional tests, fine-tune key parameters, and train personnel for efficient and safe commissioning.

Modular heaters
Also known as special-purpose heaters, these units are ideal when working conditions (thermal output, temperature increase, operating pressure, etc.) exceed the design limits of standard or semi-standard compact units.
They are large, custom-built installations, designed in accordance with the client’s specifications. These heaters can be installed in-line, elbow, or U-shaped configurations and may include gas recirculation systems.
Use Criteria:
Large thermal gradient for high flow rates
Efficiency above 85% with gas recirculation
Air heating capacity up to 700 °C
Equipped with low NOx emission technology (<25 ppm)
Designed for continuous operation
Start-up heaters
Also known as preheaters, these units maintain catalytic beds above their auto-ignition temperature and provide flexibility to the plant. They enable fast start-ups and allow the system to respond to variations in SO₂ concentration and flow.
The tube bundles are the key component in their design. They serve as a highly efficient heat transfer surface, enabling uniform heat distribution and rapid energy exchange—enhancing performance, reliability, and the service life of the equipment.
Use Criteria:
• High thermal gradient for very large flow rates
• Operational flexibility and fast start-up capability
• Air heating up to 500–600 °C
• Option to integrate heat recovery units to increase efficiency and enable continuous operation
Compact heaters
Compact heaters offer high versatility in sizes and models, making them suitable for a wide variety of industrial applications.
VT Series: Designed for indirect air heating, typically recirculated air, in paint curing and drying processes. Built to be easily integrated into various supply groups, replacing legacy heating units.
VK Series: Our most powerful indirect heaters, offering the highest thermal gradient — up to 450 °C.
VQ Series: Similar power range to the VK series, but feature a single-pass heat exchange, distinguishing them by flow configuration.
| SERIES | VT Series | VQ Series | VK Series |
|---|---|---|---|
| Δ °C | 70 | 250 | 450 |
| Useful power (kW) | 30-1400 | 30-1400 | <1500 |
| Working pressure (mmCA) | 200 | 1000 | <2000 |
| Working flow rates (Nm³/h) | 2500-96000 | 1000-30000 | 5000-40000 |
| Air outlet temperature (ºC) | 300 | 400 | 450 |
