Experience, responsibility, and commitment are the values that position Kalfrisa as a leading company in its sector.

Passion for what we do, a commitment to innovation, and a love for continuous learning give us an adaptability that makes our products and services unique.

But none of this would be possible without a strong, supportive, and empathetic team working toward a common goal.

On June 23, International Women in Engineering Day was celebrated, recognizing the work that women engineers around the world do every day to support lives and livelihoods.

In the 2024 edition, under the motto #enhancedbyengineering, brilliant and courageous women are celebrated for their work as engineers, contributing to building a better future.

We want to take this occasion to highlight the work of Kalfrisa’s engineers—arguably our main differentiating value—and Kalfrisa’s commitment to talent, recognizing skills and abilities regardless of whether they are men or women.

In particular, we highlight the work of women like María Bosque, who, as an R&D Project Manager, seeks new technological solutions to save energy in industrial thermal processes, thereby helping to build a more sustainable industry with environmental awareness.

Or Raquel Sevilla, an expert industrial combustion engineer, who manages various projects aimed at industrial decarbonization through the replacement of fossil fuels with hydrogen. An environmentally friendly alternative that aligns with the SDGs and European environmental protection regulations.

María and Raquel, along with other engineers (Ana, Aida, Elena, Sofía…), strengthen Kalfrisa’s commitment to engineering solutions as a foundation for improving its products, services, processes, and more, as well as its dedication to a prosperous and sustainable future.
