Last February, Kalfrisa regained one of the most important certifications in the manufacture of pressure equipment: the ASME – U Certification, along with the corresponding inclusion in the American National Board.

The American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) has, since its inception, created a design, manufacturing, and inspection code for pressure equipment—the ASME BPVC Code—which is globally recognized and the most widely used in the world.

Obtaining the “ASME-U Stamp” as manufacturers opens the doors of our company to the American market, as it is an essential requirement for supplying pressure vessels destined for the USA and Canada. It also provides the opportunity to offer our products to potential clients worldwide for high-level projects.

At Kalfrisa’s management level, there is a total commitment to combine the high-quality standards required by this certification with the company’s own internal standards.

Since February 16, 2024, Kalfrisa has been one of 6,000 pressure equipment manufacturers in over 70 countries worldwide certified by ASME, and one of the few accredited in our region (4 in Zaragoza and 1 in Huesca).
