During the inauguration of the Clean Technologies Design and Validation Center, we presented the world’s first hydrogen cremation furnace.
This furnace does not alter the conditions of the crematory process by replacing conventional fossil fuels with hydrogen as the main fuel.
The following benefits stand out:
- Decarbonization: Eliminates CO2 and CO emissions, generated by fossil fuel by replacing them with water vapor emissions.
- Energy Efficiency: The energy consumption is equal to that of fossil fuels, but without the negative environmental impact.
This furnace is capable of running on 100% hydrogen or hybridized with fossil fuels.
