Experience, responsibility, and commitment are the values that make Kalfrisa a reference company in its sector.

The passion for what we do, the commitment to innovation and the taste for continuous learning, provide us with a capacity for adaptation that makes our products and services unique.

But none of this would be possible without a good, supportive and empathetic human team that Works toguether towards a common goal.

Women in Engineering International Day was celebrated on June 23, recognizing the work that women engineers around the world do to support lives and livelihoods every day.

In this 2024 edition, under the motto #enhancedbyengineering, brilliant and brave women who, with their performance as engineers, contribute to building a better future are distinguished.

Under the umbrella of this anniversary, we would like to highlight both the work of Kalfrisa’s engineers, a team which is probably our main USP; and Kalfrisa’s commitment to talent, valuing capabilities and skills, regardless of whether they are men or women behind.

For this reason, we emphasize the work of women like María Bosque, who with her work as R&D Project Manager, seeks new technological solutions that save energy in industrial thermal processes, thus helping to build a more sustainable and environmentally conscious industry.

Or the performance of Raquel Sevilla, who, as an expert engineer in industrial combustion, manages various projects that aim to reach industrial decarbonization by replacing fossil fuels with hydrogen. An eco-friendly alternative, which is aligned with the SDGs and European environmental protection regulations.

María and Raquel, together with other female engineers (Ana, Aida, Elena…) reinforce Kalfrisa’s commitment to engineering solutions, as a basis for improving its products, services, processes, etc. and the commitment to a prosperous sustainable future.
