Kalfrisa collaborates with La Noche de la Energía
The Energy Night in Zaragoza, organized by the Aragon Energy Cluster, will be held on November 24. Energy Cluster in Aragon and with the sponsorship and collaboration of several companies including Kalfrisa. It will be a socio-professional meeting in which, in addition to a colloquium where experts in the field will present their views on the energy transition and the current market situation, we will also know the winners of the CLENAR awards. The CLENAR Awards are an initiative of the Aragon Energy Cluster, a non-profit organization that seeks to increase the competitiveness of the energy sector ecosystem through collaboration, cooperation and innovation.
There are three categories:
Sustainability Award: awarded to relevant projects dedicated to:
- Sustainable business innovation: an innovative, economically viable, competitive business project with a recognized impact on environmental improvement.
- Sustainability and commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): company or professional that demonstrates the systematic integration of environmental criteria in its business project as a driver of competitiveness and that is aligned with the SDGs to promote sustainable economic growth.
- Initiative aligned with SDG 7: Initiative that demonstrates that it enhances sustainable mobility, reduction of road transport, reduction in fuel use, energy efficiency, renewable energy, affordable energy services, etc.
Energy Award: awarded among those companies or legal entities with relevant projects in:
- The decarbonization of the economy and the prevention of pollution and air quality, in particular for the development of alternative energy sources.
- Development of new fuels.
- Saving and energy efficiency in Aragon.
Energy Communities Award: awarded among those companies or legal entities with relevant projects in:
- Study and technical-legal development of Energy Communities.
- Implementation and control of Local Energy Communities.
- Integration of public entities in the Energy Communities.
These awards recognize the work and trajectory of companies and organizations in the energy sector that help to improve the economy of Aragon, either through their involvement in R&D&I projects, their sustainability or the business excellence with which they carry out their activities.
